Thank you for shopping with Gorgeous Collection! We take great pride in the quality of our candles & cosmetics and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our refund and return policy below.

🔒 All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where a candle arrives damaged or defective.

💥 Damaged or Broken Items

If your candle arrives broken or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Email photos of the damaged candle, packaging, and shipping label to shopgorgeousco@gmail.com.

  3. Once we verify the damage, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for that item.

Please note:

  • Damage claims made after 2 days of delivery cannot be honored.

  • We cannot replace or refund candles that have been used or burned.

🚚 Order Issues

If your package is lost or delayed by the carrier, please contact us at shopgorgeousco@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
